How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Week

Why were you punished?: 3.4 3.20 - User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, as soon as a report was created with him regarding the incident, he disconnected without response.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I understand I broke the rules and I apologize about it I will explain why It should be considered
1. In my old appeal that got denied I said I thought the person had a knife and was pointing it at my friend and that's why I ran but I wanna apologize and this won't happen again I won't care if the person has a knife/gun/bat I will still fear for my own life and won't just try to run away while under gun point or knife point I apologize about the outcome and I will never repeat this mistake.
2. I will always make sure to respawn and check F6 before logging off the server instead of just waiting for the black screen to appear and I will never repeat this mistake.
I sincerely apologize about the outcome and how I did everything I will not repeat these mistakes again
I know I apologized a lot through the appeal but I really like this server its definitely one of if not the best serious rp server on gmod I tried a lot of rp servers but this one seems to be the best.
Additional Information: This is my new Apology appeal I waited half of my sentence to be over as told by you mr. Locksmith
And I will not repeat these mistake if you are kind enough I would love to receive an unban but of course it is up to you sir
