Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Locksmith
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Permanent

Your Steam Name: skah Dingus
Your Roleplay Name: rickhummer
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:95929738

Why were you punished?: 2.5- User had randomly killed the mayor for no reason, and seemingly killed a paramedic and a civilian at Bazaar front for no real reason as well stating he is "Crashing out" and had given his items away to seemingly plan to do more damage, then whilst in the administrative sit threw a Molotov at me and threatened to "Blow me" stating that he will be back.

Why should this appeal be considered?:

I am writing to sincerely apologize for my actions during the incident on [date and time]. My behavior was unacceptable, and I want to take full accountability without excuse.

What I Did
I killed the Mayor, a Paramedic, and a Civilian at the Bazaar without any in-character justification.

I announced I was “crashing out” and distributed all my items beforehand, which clearly indicated premeditated malicious intent to disrupt.

While using the admin seat, I threw a Molotov at the administrator present, threatened to “blow” them, and stated “I’ll be back.”

My actions violated Rule 2.5 by removing all RP context before initiating violence, and by directly threatening staff while abusing admin access. This undermines trust and immersion for everyone.

I’m Truly Sorry
I deeply regret:

Disrupting scenes and destroying the RP environment

Undermining the safety and professionalism of the administrative team

Any emotional distress or frustration caused to others

I understand that in-character apologies can still leave a negative impression—my actions went beyond harmless RP.

What I’ve Learned
RDM and griefing are not about dominance or “fun,” but about breaking immersion and eroding community trust.

Throwing threats or explosives within the administrative interface is abuse of privilege, not legitimate gameplay.

I now recognize that even a single unprovoked kill can harm the community, especially when planned.

Commitments (If Allowed to Continue Playing)
I will never engage in RDM or griefing of any kind.

I will respect all staff and admin tools, avoiding misuse.

I will communicate conflicts through proper IC initiation only.

I’m willing to contribute constructively—log cleanup, RP summaries, or helping clarify RP expectations for others if needed.

Asking for Forgiveness
I accept that any disciplinary actions—including a permanent ban—are fully justified. I write this note not to avoid consequences, but to express genuine remorse and potential regret.

Should any of the staff consider a pathway back for me, I pledge to rebuild trust through consistent, respectful roleplay.

Thank you for considering this message. I am truly sorry for what I did, and regret the disruption it caused.
