Why were you punished?: 2.5,3.4- User was waiting at the drug dealer with a gun out, he has seen an individual enter with an AK-101, and had shot without saying anything, within the report, stated he wished to mug them whilst they had a visible firearm out.
Why should this appeal be considered?: After speaking to a community manager and an admin, I learned that I was in the wrong and asked for someone to explain what it means. I thought it was allowed. But after speaking to people and getting an understanding, I realise that I shouldn't have done that. I do find it hard to read the rules and understand them. That's why I find it better to get someone to explain it on VC.
I apologise to the people I affected and the admin for having to deal with me.
Additional Information: Can I recommend that an admin would join me on VC to explain the rules, as I find it hard to read and understand the rules just by reading them. If you deny it, can you please let me know when you're happy for me to apologise again? Can you also join a VC at one stage with me
