Why were you punished?: 3.4- User after having killed cops and raided a property at Wood Cabins 2, had stayed close to the area instead of fleeing due to wishing to initiate a mug, however, the vehicle they wished to mug was an unmarked vehicle, resulting in them being gunpointed, in which they had failed to comply with the orders from the officers, which had eventually resulted in their arrest and capture as a result.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Before receiving this ban, I have not received a single 3.4 ban or warning for over 2 months whilst playing regularly on the server. Within these 2 months I had only received a single warning, for growing drugs in bazaar which i forgot was a rule since I was testing new planters if times changed, but its fair i got punished for that. If you look at my record, yes i have a huge history of receiving warnings and bans for 2.5 and 3.4. However, I just want to say that I am improving on following the rules. I have not broken a 3.4 or 2.5 in 2 months of regular play when normally i get one every week or two.
What I did to get this ban is valid, I wont deny that. I shouldn't of returned to the forest even thought it is on the other side as it would take not long to drive there and also trying to initiate a mug on a car after raided within the forest. I have also learned that you cannot reverse from a gunpoint which I did not know (surprising considering my record). I hope i can get unbanned to keep playing however, the chances of that are low as you only have a 6% apology accept rate.
