Why should this appeal be considered?: I want to apologize for my behavior and for not taking my hands up, when i was aware that there were multiply officers nearby. and i tried to shoot them, i shoud've just put my hands up. I want to apoligize for the actions i did, i just went so fast so i didnt have time to think.. If i could get reduced ban that would make my day.
