Why should this appeal be considered?: again i was in the heat of the moment angry from the cop not doing his job right but im eternally sorry for being homophobic to the officer i tend to lash out instead of doing the right thing becasue i go into a mode where i am just going to do anything but i have learned from over time of this almost 2 months i just wanted to say sorry to mango for being disrespectful and the officer i called gay
