Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user, whilst driving a stolen vehicle, approached the PD and said to an officer, "This car is stolen", to bait them into a pursuit, failing to protect their freedom.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello i wanna tell that i am sorry what happened also i know what i did bad i just wanna steal a car and just enyojing the ride then just officer showed up in the car he was behind me with car and i was front of him then i just remember that police officer have the system that will beep and type that is car is stolen i was 100 precent sure that this will happen and he will drive for me so i just say that this car is stolen cuz when i will dont tell it it will ended up same cuz they have the system so yes and also i tell the moment after the sirens started
