How long were you banned for: 5 days.

Your In-game Name: Lucius Husky
Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:54498132
Why were you banned/blacklisted: 3.4 - User ran someone over in front of an Officer then evaded to avoid receiving a ticket for it before taking someone hostage. This whole situation ended up in a shootout and the user's death.
Why should this appeal be considered: I would like to start with apologizing to every single person that was involved in this situation and lost time or items. I didn't want this to end in a huge shootout at all. Ofcourse it still was my fault that it did happen as I drove off and took a hostage to avoid a ticket. I had no intentions on ruining peoples day. This was a very stupid action of mine and I shouldn't have done it all. I knew I was going to receive a ticket but still escaladed the situation to its maximum. Sorry @Shay for running you over. And sorry @McGlinchy for you having to deal with this stupid situation.
