How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Permanent

Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.6, 2.5, 2.6, 3.2, 3.4 - User failed to provide demo, lying about what happened to it. In his demo, user broke 2.5 on 3 separate occasions, 2 times giving a weapon to someone so he could MassRDM and once for running someone over for no reason. User also fled under gunpoint, resulting in his arrest, stuck around a shootout (for which he provided the gun) and picked up a gun with the entire PD watching him after his friend MassRDM'd in City Hall. During all of this, user was metagaming with his friend.
Why should this appeal be considered?: this was last year i have took more time to reflect since my last apology, i do regret what i did and feel bad for the others involved i feel like i have matured more over this long term ban and im ready to come back and get immersed again i miss the fun with the community , i also just want to say i did provide the hole demo not saying that it wasn't deserved as was taking the piss with sending it over so i take full accountability for all of my actions stated and Im ready to get back and RP
also to talk about the ban evasion
i wasn't intending to do anything malicious i was just missing the fun after the silly mistake i made.
