Why were you punished?: 1.4, 2.5, 3.7 - User killed someone for making a report on them and then when told he was being banned, attempted to kill them again but failed miserably. User was also prop flying after already being warned minutes prior.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, explanation of what happened. I was flying around on a stove just minging, and someone saw me doing it. Medium approached me and told me I was gonna get warned for propflying as someone reported me for it. I got a little annoyed someone would bother to report for something that small, I gained no advantage or nothing, was just flying around.
Therefore I asked in OOC who reported me and found out who it was, I then approached them at storage and shot them in the head. After the person got revived Medium told me he was gonna ban me for that. I then msgd him back and said "give me a min" and I pulled a gun out of storage (with no intent to shoot it i was just baiting medium) and held it in passive, then he froze me and banned me. Therefore "attempted to kill them again but failed miserably" was added to the ban.
I am fully aware I was breaking the rules and after having 3 weeks to reflect on it, I really regret doing it and hope I can be allowed back on the server.
Additional Information: I sincerely apologise for the inconveniace this caused zaccyg, medium and those who were around the area.
