Why should this appeal be considered?: hi medium i am sorry for not responding to the f6 because i wasnt active at the time i have been looking over rule 3.15 quite frequently over this day and i am very sorry when i went down the wrong side i was not looking because i seen the cop get out of the car and point his gun i turned back around and it was already to late i would have tried to avoid it and wieve it but i could not i am very sorry for what i have done and this will certainly not happy agian i mean it
