Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to apoligise for the incident when i broke 3.4 and the people that where involved. I have read the rule 3.4 so i have a better understanding of it and to make sure that i wont break it again. i promise i wont do anymore dumb things and i will follow all the rules.
