Why were you punished?: it took me 8 seconds to put my hands up at gun point
Why should this appeal be considered?: i am sorry for taking 8 seconds to put my hands up i regret my actions in breaking rule 3.4 and i am very sorry for doing so i will never do it again i should have put my hands up faster and will do so next time i have read rule 3.4 and am familiar with it now
