Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under gunpoint and then fled police over a minor sentence, resulting in his death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello Medium,
I'd like you to consider accepting my apology as although i have been punished for this same offence before, prior to this i have been making an effort to observe this rule more closely. In this case i realise the mistake i made was running away, without the prospect of being punished heavily and potentially only having my weapon seized and facing a small fine. At the time during the role play encounter i failed to observe this aspect of that rule, thinking that it was a better option to run as a pose to facing the punishment which i believed would outweigh the risk of dying. Other than this is genuinely have been making an effort to role play more seriously, before my ban i had joined an organisation with some more experienced players and other than this police instance, haven't had this issue with any other players whilst being raided, mugged etc.
I've served 75% of my ban as of today and have waited before posting this for that reason to show that i do accept responsibility for my mistake, and accept the fact that i deserved to be punished for interrupting the realism of the server. I'd greatly appreciate the opportunity to return to the server early. However if not, i accept that and still offer my apologies regarding this matter.
