Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Failed to comply with orders under gunpoint while in a Taxi's vehicle, continued to run away and refused to comply to the point the officer had to pull out his taser. // Extended by Locksmith for 2.5- User whilst raiding an apartment had sprayed through the door without confirming if the individual he was looking to kill was inside, possibly putting unarmed civilians at risk of harm.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hi,
I asked Mocho whether I needed to make an appeal for both her and Locksmith, and she told me it’s probably better if I just appeal to Locksmith, since the two-week ban she gave me is already over. That said, I still want to apologise to her. I clearly understand rule 3.4 by now, and I should’ve known better from the start.
As for Locksmith, I’m mainly appealing this ban because it got extended, and I feel like I’ve had enough time to reflect on what I did wrong. I assumed the player was inside the building, but I now understand that I need to be 100% sure before acting. Even if I could hear voices inside and other doors were closed or had a new player tag, there were still other possible places they could’ve been.
I also know you were waiting on my demo, and I want to apologise for the delay. I didn’t do much at the time because I had issues uploading it, but I should’ve tried harder to get it to you. If I had, maybe the report could’ve been handled more quickly. I’m sorry for the time you had to spend on it and for dragging it out longer than it needed to be.
