Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User counter defended one of his empty properties from raiders while cops were on scene without properly investigating if they were all dead or not.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, I know overall my record is pretty bad especially if your a mod and can see my warnings... However I have come back a few months ago and you can really see the change in my behaviour since I last played and I'm sure anyone who remembers me, staff or not can agree. I was a massive minge and didn't care for the rules at all but since coming back I have shown that is not me anymore. I'm trying to build my reputation back up and I'd like too think I have done a good job so far.
Yesterday I made a mistake and didn't check properly too see if all the cops that was on scene was dead before I engaged with the raiders inside my empty property. I knew one cop was on scene and held off till I heard him die, I then took a fight with the raiders which was a poor mistake from me. I should of investigated more then I did too make sure there was no more cops on scene before taking the fight with them. I am sorry too the raiders who I affected with my actions and too Mocho for having to deal with a report and looking through a demo. If this apology is too be accepted I do not expect it to be a straight unban as I do feel it is very fair for me to spend a day or more banned. A player with my experience should know to do more checks then what I did and I will be doing a lot more careful in the future. I do hope to be back sooner rather then later as I do really enjoy being apart of the community that has been built here and enjoy playing the server with my mates. Additional Information: I am happy to refund any guns too the raiders that was lost from my actions.
(they can have a the gun or money that gun cost, whichever they'd prefer)
