Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Moon
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 2 Weeks

Your Steam Name: Sanchez
Your Roleplay Name: Mahmood Engilram
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:603942538

Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply under direct gunpoint and continued to reverse while in direct line of sight of the police officer.

Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello Moon,

After all these bans for breaking the same rule, most people would say I've learned from my mistakes, but apparently, I keep breaking rule 3.4 in different ways. Since my last ban, I've been very cautious about not breaking the rule again. To the best of my knowledge, I thought you could ignore GP when your car is in motion. However, I now realize that when my car was in motion, I was moving backward at a very slow speed, and the TFU could have easily shot my car, which would likely have killed me.

Now that I've learned not to do this, I can promise it won’t happen again. I do want to apologize for wasting your time as I debated the situation and asked for second opinions from other staff. All their opinions were the same as expected. I hope I didn’t waste too much of your time, but I was wondering if there is a chance of getting an unban or a reduced sentence. As I mentioned, I didn’t know this would be a rulebreak, as this situation happened to me before and the staff told me that if my car was in motion, I could ignore the GP. Now I understand they meant that my car had to be going forward and fast, not driving backward at 10 miles per hour.

I apologize again and hope you can consider this appeal.

Additional Information: Still don’t understand what this additional information means. Have a good day though.

Unfortunately, as much as I want to be kind and give you another chance by unbanning you, your record for 3.4 is awful. However, I do appreciate your apology and the respectful appeal.
