Why were you punished?: 1.6, 3.2
Why should this appeal be considered?: To be entirely honest, me and my organization were going about our normal day, after conducting a raid, where 2 of my friends shot and knocked people unconscious during a raid, and me and another guy finished them off, after being warranted, 3 of us died, and i told him, via Discord, to say Ten, which, to be entirely honest, i didn't think was Metagaming until i read 3.2, which is my ignorance and negligence to read the rules proper. I was under the impression that Metagaming would give us an advantage in character over others, and we didn't gain any advantage in any way, due to not using the OOC information IC.
The 3.2 was my entire fault, and it's not going to happen again, in anyway i can manage, And i promise to report 3.2 if i see it happen again in my organization, as it did clearly break the wording of the ruling, and at the time i thought the metagame rule was 6.2, not 3.2, so i did not believe i was out of the line of the rulings, again, entirely my fault. will not happen again.
The 1.6 is, i believe, unjustified, but fair, as i did not believe i was telling any lies, or intentionally impeding the staff member who was conducting the investigation, i offered an invite, Demo's and clips to prove innocence which he declined to take up the offer for, and whilst i don't believe i deserved 1.6, I do get why Nazeer added it on, as to be honest, if i was in that situation, i would too.
