Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User ran into an ongoing raid with an active shootout occurring with PD on scene. // Accepted AR // 1.6, 3.4 - User loitered around the area of a shootout, failing to comply whilst under gunpoint. In the AR thread, the user lied multiple times, stating they did not have the demo of the situation, and that they actually arrived after the police had, which was clearly untrue after further investigation.
Why should this appeal be considered?: hello, ive come to make this appeal 2 weeks away from my ban, i wanna start off by apologizing for the first incident which i was originaly banned for.
i am deeply sorry for running into an active shootout, while pd was on scene, as an expreienced player, i should know better. i relise looking back i shouldnt have been in the area of a shootout at all. This resulted in a 1 month ban.
i wanna also apologize for my actions during the action request on me. I should have left the area as i would have further risked my life during the slums incident, i should have comply with gunpoint from the officer, which i stalled off, resulting in the officers death. During the AR towards me, i also did attempt to decive the staff member handling the AR, i am sorry for my actions, and will not attempt to decive staff members.
i wanna just come and make an appeal for my ban which will be done in 2-3 weeks from now, i am very sorry for my mistakes and will be more carefull with comply with gunpoint and staying in the area off a shootout.
