Why were you punished?: Called a black man, chocolate colored. And apparently lying to staff

Why should this appeal be considered?: I answered honestly to the messages sent by the admin, at the time I did not think there was anything racist/inappropriate about calling a black man chocolate colored, I watch Kurt caz and he calls black women chocolate ladies all the time and no one bats an eye so I didn't think it was a racist remark. Hence I responded to admin by saying I hadn't been racist on the server, at the time that was my belief/truth and I didn't lie when he said I called someone chocolate, I Admitted it...

So I understand what I said was racist and I now know for next time so I'm not appealing that,

I am appealing the 1.6, 'lying to staff' part when I did in fact tell the truth towards the member and didn't try to cover anything up.

6 months is hence way too long in my opinion and it should be reconsidered/1.6 removed.

Amended

We believe your justification for answering the way you did in the report would be reasonable, and that you came around at a later time for the 1.2. However, you were in no position to pull your gun at the time as you were already held at gunpoint, the 1.6 portion of the ban will be replaced with 3.4.
