Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4,3.5- User returned to the place he died with NLR still active, this lead to him to break 3.4 constantly and disrespected the person mugging him several times. He then went AFK during the mugging. Has a record for doing this
Why should this appeal be considered?: After dying due to a raid and then respawning, I returned to my death-place with about 30 seconds left on the NLR timer (assuming the raiders had left at that point) I got out my car and saw that the raiders were still there, they then chased me down through the woods after I tried to flee in my vehicle, eventually it got to the point where they caught up to me and gun-pointed me, at which point I tabbed out the game out of frustration because I had items of value on me. After I tabbed back in, I had seen that a moderator had taken my items (rightly so as I did not cooperate) which led me to get slightly aggressive and insult the moderator. A similar scenario also happened around mid December, both of these have made me realise how to act in this type of situation and to remain in the future. I realise now my actions were not rational or justified in any way and came out from heat of the moment, I sincerely apologize to the moderator that I personally attacked.
