Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 1.2, 3.4 - User failed to comply and stalled under direct gunpoint which resulted in his death - Extended for Franko for multiple counts of racism

Why should this appeal be considered?: 3.4 - User failed to comply and stalled under direct gunpoint which resulted in his death. 3.4 is valid i did make a mistake and the admin said i will be banned for 2 days and i accepted it and am sorry for it. But for 1.2 - multiple counts of racism it's not valid because i may said it once and it slipped trough my language in the middle of the conflict. But i did not say it in a multiple counts and i never said in more than once after the 3.4 happened and i realise my mistake after saying it.

First of all, this is an apology, if you wish to dispute the validity of the ban, make a ban dispute, and lastly, I spectated you when you walked up to a dead person at the water feature of bazaar where you once again used a racial slur, hence that the ban says multiple counts of racism.
