Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4, 3.9, 3.15 - User was prop pushing his car near city hall for a pro-lounge amount of time. User got unbanned today and already has a warning. Extened By Frank for - User stalled under gunpoint for a prolonged amount of time
Why should this appeal be considered?: My mini cooper's tires were slashed, the engine was in terrible condition and my car got stuck in the pavement multiple times, therefore I prop pushed my car off the pavement. I was on my way to the roadcrew NPC and during that time there were no roadcrew workers. I did sort of overdo my time with the prop pushing, probably like for 1 min in total instead of 10 seconds to just get the car out of the pavement because I was tired of it getting stuck in the pavement all the time, but that was my fault still. Now, regarding the gunpoint thing, I don't remember much of that situation since I was hungover yesterday and my memory wasn't working properly, but I believe that situation was not as serious as it is said to be. I might be wrong, but I think the gunpoint thing was just a slight misunderstanding and I did not understand at the moment that I was actually being held under gunpoint in-game. I am sorry.
Additional Information: IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE FIX THE OBSTACLE AT THE GARAGE. THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR CAR (ONLY REFERRING TO MINI COOPER) NEAR ENOUGH TO THE ROADCREW NPC IS TO SLIGHTLY PROP PUSH IT UP THE SLOPE. AN ADMIN THOUGHT I WAS LYING BUT THEN HE CAME TO CHECK OUT THE SITUATION BECAUSE HE THOUGHT I WAS LYING BUT EVEN HE HAD TO PICK UP THE CAR WITH HIS GRAVITY GUN TO GET IT NEAR ENOUGH TO THE ROADCREW NPC. I ASSUME THAT THIS SLOPE THING ONLY AFFECTS MINI COOPERS AND NOT FASTER CARS. PERHAPS MOVE THE ROADCREW NPC TO A CLOSER LOCATION OR GET RID OF THE SLOPE THING OR MAKE IT LONGER SO THE CAR CAN HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO DRIVE UP TO THE ROADCREW NPC.
