Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - User ran out of his apartment while knowing police were already on scene and killed a user who was actively shooting at police after that users friend called 10 toes. however the shooter had done nothing to him personally and there was no valid reason for him to involve himself in the situation or kill the user, making the kill unjustified.
Why should this appeal be considered?: i apologize for any confusion in this situation but i didnt see anything wrong in what i was doing and let me tell you why. i was raided by 3 people and 2 of them got rezzed back up on the way to the police car a 4th gunman appeared and killed all officers handling the situation. now in my eyes police are no longer there and those 2 people that raided and shot me were about to be free by a 4th man i thought this was a flanker and procedded to only kill him i didnt finish him and when cops arrived i told them about what happened and they let me go back to my apt. i was under the assumption that the 4th man was still a threat to me being my door was broken into and i coudlnt lock it i took action after he swiftly killed all cops. im sorry if i misunderstood but i dont think i should be banned for a week after not playing for 6 months.
Additional Information: i tried asking for a admin sit to discuss this problem further and explain my self but it was met with my history is bad and it gonna stay the same. rule 3.4 is related to alot of stuff and ive never been banned for this kind of situation. i just got raided and a 4th man was breaking free the men that just robbed me so i simply killed him because my door was still broken and open and bro was about to free the 2 guys i felt as though i was still in danger and took him out and that was all. im sorry for any mistakes but i wanted to further explain why idid what i did im sorry for my mistakes i thought he was kos i just think a week ban is unfair when i wanted to be explained what i did wrong and wasn't i just wanna play this game ive waited so long to play and now i gotta wait another week please hear me out and try to reason i simply thought these guys were kos since they just raided me from my point of view please consider
