Why were you banned/blacklisted?: Banned for allegedly attempting to take out a gun while at gun point
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, i understand why I am banned, and I completely understand that based off the way it looked, I was attempting to break the rules. However, I absolutely was not trying to open my trunk, the Gun was on me the whole time, it was a m9 beretta, it was on my body the whole time, now when I went to my car, that’s when the gun was pointed, but I wasn’t looking and I didn’t see him, nor did I hear him (that might be an issue on my end) I was also in a rush to get offline because I had to go do things, and I was scrambling to press c and surrender, but whilst doing that I opened the trunk, thus when I closed the trunk to surrender the guy thought I was gonna try and kill him, then he killed me and the gun fell on the floor making me look like I tried to kill him, I genuinely am sorry for the misunderstanding, and i know how it makes the experience for other players un enjoyable when people don’t comply. Why I think you guys should consider this? It was a genuine mistake, and I am genuinely sorry, if I could live it out differently I 100% would, and this isn’t just due to a punishment that suddenly I’m sorry, I seriously respect the rules and wish to uphold them, and in this instant I made a mistake. I’m not excusing it because to his credit it looked like what it looked like, but from my pov it was just me making dumb error. I really enjoy playing on this server with all my friends who just got unbanned yesterday lol, I’ll try my absolute hardest to make sure this doesn’t happen again to preserve fun for everyone because that’s what’s important in a community like this. Thank you for taking the time to read this and perhaps consider it, I greatly appreciate it.
