Why were you punished?: 2.5, 3.4 - While a police officer was detaining his friend he decided to shoot the police officer without making sure of any real arrest reason.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I wanna apologize for my rule break after I intentionally killed a cop without any investigation. I realized that I actually shoul've investigated the situation instead of straight up KOS'ing the cop. For that, I apologize. I'll investigate the sitaution more next time when somenthing similar happens. I know I acted impulsive and killed a cop even though I should've explained self defence to the cop instead.
Additional Information: I also would like to apologize to Qiang Tsou himself for killing him with absolutely no need for that.
