Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.5- User counter-raided his own property after he had died at the scene, while PD were on scene
Why should this appeal be considered?: I would firstly like to apologise for my actions as it was a complete oversight on my behalf and I just was not thinking at all. I was raided at projex and died in this raid, not even thinking I got my car and went to suburbs storage and then onto casino, after time had passed (in my head, in reality it was around 10 minutes) I returned to harbor lane. As I drove down, I stopped and dealt with a previous F6, while I was typing a response there was a TFU hiding in the container area of projex. I did not see the police and as I closed the window of the F6 he disappeared out of view, once I had seen a car attempt to ram an EMS, I decided to reverse back and leave the scene as it was not safe. I was on Teamspeak at the time and warned other org members. They had stated that they were involved with this and I assumed it was a new raid, and went to assist them by purchasing a gun from bazaar. When entering projex I was shot from the area where the TFU was (and I wasn’t aware at the time) and assumed this was a hostile member of someone we was raiding. When entering projex, I went into my base and straight to storage to get a new gun, but didn’t do this in the end. I then went up to projex 4 and to assist with pushing.
I do apologise for the oversight on my behalf and I can assure you this won’t happen again. I have learnt my lesson and will do appropriate actions to assure this doesn’t happen again.
