Why should this appeal be considered?: So all things started when I was running out fuel whilist a police chase, and I basically gave up and was on the side of the road and cops came and I wasn't complying for like a good amount of like 5-10 seconds because me being silly I wanted for my cars fuel to be empty. Which I get it is frastreting to be against people not complying but I was being silly for the stupidest reason ever which I get it but I also didn't know completly the rule which that is why I was waiting for my fuel before getting out which I get it, While I've been banned I read all of the 3.1 till 3.9 rules since that was the rules I wasn't really aware of. If I get faced by a rule I don't know I will ask staff if I can't find it or if i'm safe I will read it by myself, If i'm not getting pressured by any type of rp situation.
