Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User refused to surrender despite being told too multiple times. This resulted in their death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hey just want to start this by saying that I 100% screwed up here and take full responsibility for getting myself in this situation. I'll give some explanation as to what happened.
I had been playing the server while drinking a bit, doing some chores here and there and then playing sporadically and had completely passed out when I woke up and thought I'll log in and just fool around again with my buddies to pass the time. When I logged in, some dude told me there was some Santa's Grotto or something, where you could get some random stuff from him, tbh I wasn't really paying attention to getting something. I was more curious because of the building competition to see what this guy had built.
Against my better judgement, I followed them into Office alongside a new player, I was half asleep and still a bit tipsy so I was more just "floating" I guess as I went into the apartment. They showed us the grotto and I knew we were gonna get mugged but idk, I just thought it was more gonna be like, funny or a play around. Then they seriously were actually gonna mug us and killed the new player.. I picked up a fire extinguisher and just kept repeating like "this isnt very christmassy..." lol, I was dumb, I know, I should have just surrendered but I was just being a dumbass. I'm really sorry for this.
All in all, I know I'm a long term player, I should know better as Sean said and I don't feel mistreated here, I'd just appreciate if perheaps I could be early unbanned to see my buddies today on perp for Christmas.
I'm also really sorry to the people who were negatively effected by my rulebreak and sorry for wasting their time and tbh, just being a bit silly toward them. They were in all their right to rob me and such.
