Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 3.4 - Pulled a gun whilst under gunpoint, resulting in their death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I would like to apologize for my blatantly rule-breaking actions. At the time of the incident, I had hopped on the server after a long period of inactivity and did not pay close attention to my actions as I should have. Coming from playing a lot of CS:GO I instinctually pulled out my weapon since I was being rushed by a lot of police officers. This also happened in a very delayed manner because of my ping which made it look pretty bad. I instantly realized my mistake and apologized to the officer at the time in OOC chat but he reported me anyway which I understand as it is his right. If this appeal is accepted I will pay closer attention to my actions when hoppin on perpheads again and I will make sure to not repeat this mistake. Once again I apologize and I thank you for considering this appeal.
