Why were you banned/blacklisted?: 2.5, 3.20 - Killed two players because he was "mugging them" directly outside of the Bank. Disconnected when being questioned in a report.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I am making another appeal because I believe what I did was a mistake that I won't make again. I am still a new player learning the rules of the roleplay and have revised over my actions and saw what I did was wrong. I truly did not know you were not allowed to mug people who just stand on the street. I thought you were only not able to mug them when they are inside a building. I want to apologise to steelo for wasting his time due to my disconnection while he was questioning me in report. I would appreciate if steelo would give me another chance. I will follow rules and take precautions before carrying out actions like these again. Please review my appeal and I hope to hear good news. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
