Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @teby
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Days
Your Steam Name: perkyrata
Your Roleplay Name: Gustavo Escalfado
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:633716641
Why were you punished?: 3.4 - The user drove into the area of a shootout while cops were on-scene, took their gun out the trunk, and attempted to flank for their friend. This resulted in their death and a raider's death.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello,
To begin with, I was with my friend Kamel Resfa in the city when Julio Andreas called us and said he needed help, because some people were raiding our house, we didn't consider if there were officers around the raid or not, we got there and they killed kamel, as a defence impulse I killed the man who killed Kamel, resulting in my death, I want to make apologies with the people involved in the shootout and I just wanted to communicate that we now understand the rule 3.4. Thank you for reading.
