Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Apology
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @ThePeak
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Month
Your Steam Name: Blank234234
Your Roleplay Name: Luka fisher
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:539690941
Why were you punished?: Failure to value life, RDM of a cop supposedly, and staying in a scene.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I know why I got banned, and I want to apologize for what I did. I understand that RDM and not valuing my life are against the rules, and looking back, I know my actions weren't the right way to handle the situation.
From my point of view, I saw a police officer hitting my friends with a baton while there was a protest going on. I stayed because everything was happening so fast and I was focused on what was going on around my friends instead of thinking about the roleplay rules. Even though that's what I was thinking at the time, I understand that it doesn't excuse breaking the rules.
I'm not trying to avoid responsibility. I know I made a bad decision, and if I'm given another chance, I'll make sure to follow the rules and think before I act. I enjoy playing on the server, and I'd really appreciate the opportunity to prove that I've learned from this. Thanks for taking the time to read my appeal.
Additional Information: I was running at 15 fps, and I had to make my game very pixelated to even play.
