Why were you punished?: 5.1 5.6 - User mugged a new player in the hospital alley. After mugging him, he decided to hold him at gunpoint, force him into his car, and drive him around for a few minutes before dropping him off at the Forest Motel Bridge.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Because not only did I refund the player, I was the one suggesting we release the dude instead of doing anything worse. We were having a bit of fun, and no serious harm was done. I feel that this should have been a warning... especially after I refunded the guy. This feels like I was banned purely because I did not answer fast enough, because I got called away to assist with housework.
Additional Information: I have recently purchased a home.... I was summoned away earlier to go deal with buying paint. (God forbid my wife wait) And then I got summoned away for a few minutes to hang something up as I was getting the F6 ping. By time I got back, I had been banned. I do not feel this is a fitting punishment regardless of the time, it feels unnecessary, a warning and explanation of "hey you can't kidnap people for xyz" would have been sufficient, considering I typically do not kidnap people. This seems like an overreaction.
