Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User disregarded gunpoint from a police officer and kept swimming away from them
Why should this appeal be considered?: I was being chased in the water, and I thought the officer was pointing a taser. I also thought that you aren't able to shoot a firearm while swimming, since no cops who have chased me in the water before have ever pulled a gun on me. So, I thought he was bluffing I am sincerely sorry for my actions and the inconvenience i caused to the police officer
