Why were you punished?: 3.4, 3.18 - User was in a shootout running around the shooters waiting to pick up weapons and storing them in their trunk. This resulted in their death. // Extended for 2.5 - User shot an armed homeowner leaving their apartment without actively raiding the property, after they put their gun away.
Why should this appeal be considered?: I'm a new player who started that day. I had played for almost 9 hours, and within my first hour or two, I got a warning for breaking rule 3.4. At the time, I didn't fully understand the rules, and I tried learning from my mistakes however, after another long time of playing, I had done something stupid and tried to grab guns after a gunfight since I was broke, and I had not fully understood the rules on this server. I had tried to not break the rules ever since the first situations where I got warned. I truly apologise. I had also gotten my ban extended, I guess. The reason for me shooting the guy was because when I came up the stairs, he was holding my friend at gunpoint. I didn't think I couldn't do that. Overall, I'm truly sorry for breaking the rules. I have read up on the rules properly this time, and if I'm given a chance, I promise I will do my best to make sure that I uphold rp standards and make sure I don't break the rules again since I had truly enjoyed playing this and felt like this was a breath of fresh air compared to most servers on Gmod.
