Why should this appeal be considered?: after my recent apeal yesterday whas removed i spent some time reading over the rules mostly the ones ive been banned for so i know what i can and can not do but once again im sorry for the past i just want to get back to playing perp and now i know what i cant do

i now know i cant just start a police chase for no reason intentionally and i know i can only say 10 toes if i have a good enough reason and if people are near me and if im acc under arrest
