Why should this appeal be considered?: This is the second appeal I've made after my first one was rejected - https://perpheads.com/threads/ban-apology-torbizzle.69269/ - and I have seen the evidence for why I've been banned - https://perpheads.com/threads/action-request-dont-know.69262/ I'm writing this appeal so that I may give context and to apologize further for my actions.
I want it to be clear that I understand that what I said was completely wrong and immature of me. It was just a spur of the moment thing and before that point I had never made such a crude joke. looking back on it I'm deeply sorry to anyone who was offended by it.
However, I've read the report made on me and there are two misunderstandings.
Firstly, I was not trying to be Islamophobic in any way, my roleplay name mohamed mohamed is not a mockery of the prophet Muhammad or Islam. Its simply a funny name and joke and I took inspiration from the following photo -
Secondly, I did not know I was being recorded. I did not know the person recording me and had only met him on the server that day. I did not encourage him to post or was asked if it should be posted. My point is that I didn't say those things to make a "funny clip" to be posted online or to encourage Islamophobia.
To summarize, this appeal was not made to justify or dispute what I said, I know what I said was wrong and immature but made to give context and to deny the accusations of Islamophobia.
