Why were you punished?: 1.1, 1.4, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10 - The player has failed to improve since being placed on a Communication Ban, they have receive 14 blacklists, 5 warnings and 2 bans since receiving the communication ban, some of which involve their conduct. The player has failed to remain respectful in general conduct, and has repeatedly abused other chat functions to circumvent the blacklists received. The player also decided on 10th February 2024 they would call somebody out as an 11-year old followed by conditionally threatening them with rape using in-character chat. The player does not contribute anything of value to this community.
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello, before my lengthy ban, I've been a nuisance and annoying to a lot of people on the server including all of the moderators and for that I am deeply sorry but truthfully even while my ban was deserving and my long lists of warnings and blacklists should have been a sign for me to stop, I was just having way too much fun on your server with the new friends I made. My ban was a bit of a wake up call to my attitude, corniness and overall the way I treated people, After the ban I took a long time to change my ways to not only prove to you but also to the people I know and see everyday that I can be more understanding of peoples feelings and from then on I have been.
In 2023 when I first started I was an annoying and ignorant 14 year old, but I have changed and am now a more kinder and more understanding person. After February I focused more on my education overall improving my grades and genuinely focusing more on myself. I am now entering college and would like to use my free time outside of exercise, education and my job to enjoy your server and make it up to the people I've annoyed and hurt. Before the ban I did and said a lot of stuff I'm ashamed of, for one instance I said I'd rape someone and I am so very sorry that I said I'd do this and also for trying to threaten and intimidate others which was clearly just a cornball move from my part and will never ever happen again.
I understand that my continuous appeals may seem as if I'm desperate to join the server back but In reality I had missed the fun times I had on your server, its already been 3/4s of my ban and really hope you reconsider the approach you take to my apology and understand how truly sorry I am for all of this. I thank the moderation team deeply for not making my ban permanent and giving me a chance to play on your server again.
