Why were you banned/blacklisted: 3.20 User ran a Roadcrew over, After doing so he drove straight to car dealer and disconnected knowing full well he just committed a crime and didn't wait the 10mins.

Why should this appeal be considered: Because i really had to go at that time. I Actually though I was past the 10 minutes line but apparently not. Ofcourse I still broke the rule which isnt acceptable.

I feel that you should wait the full amount of time. This is due to the fact that from when i was watching i could clearly see that you knew what you was doing and what your intent was.
