Why were you punished?: Getting stuck on the median,

Why should this appeal be considered?: This was an honest mistake while driving. Got hung up on the median, had another RC member assist me in getting my car unstuck with the winch. Got spat out on the wrong side of the road, wanted to turn around but another car passes in the video as you can see, Decided to turn around as soon as the highway opened up by subs ramp.

The admin handling the case was very unprofessional. Said admin very clearly had a personal issue with me standing my ground against his attempt to bully me, as when I provided them with what I believe to be a reasonable explanation for my actions they began to fish through my logs and attempt to come up with any other reason they could to ban me regardless of what I was actually reported for. As i was reported for a driving infraction they quickly became fixated on me spawning a fishing rod (as you can see in the video provided was ultimately not what was used to unstick the vehicle), When accused of said fishing through logs they became confrontational and this only drove them to dig deeper in an attempt to confront me. I believe that this is a clear abuse of power and should be dealt with accordingly.
TLDR: Not allowed to make a legitimate mistake while driving in this server as a government employee with NA driving lag and jank.

Hello, having watched the video and read the actual ban reason listed on SCAMBans, I have a few questions for you.

• Why did you not just turn around instead of committing to the wrong side?
• Why did you not accept the demo request after prompting?

1. As stated above, and in the video. I consider turning around but a car drives by instantly changing my thought processes to driving until the highways opens up, My choices are then to turn around abruptly and likely get T-Boned and get reported for being sideways on the highway or drive forward until subs and turn around.

2. As the admin was requesting information from me irrelevant to the reported case at hand I decided against is allowing him to abuse his privileges against me.

If I was reported for a traffic violation I believe that the extent of his investigation should start and end at the specific incident rather than allowing him to scrape through my personal experience for more information none specific to the case.

If a police officer pulled you over for jaywalking would that give them the power to search your home? I stand on the principal that this was a personal attack and a flagrant abuse of his power as an admin. Having been given an explanation for what I would consider a reasonable mistake he chose to make up another reason to pressure me, when would it end if I humored him?

I'm afraid the only option here was turning around, you being sideways for a second is easier to react to than you accelerating towards them. As for the reports, I do not sense any hostility from A1L here at all, most of the messages are standard questions and responses explaining why we take driving on the wrong side of the highway so seriously (that being the loss of life/money from the damages).

The demo request was about prop pushing, and wouldn't have been necessary if you answered the question.
