Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @A1L
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 3 Days

Your Steam Name: fps
Your Roleplay Name: Lars Muller
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:20665020

Why were you punished?: 3.4 - Blatant failure to follow orders whilst under direct gun-point, kept asking "why".

Why should this appeal be considered?: Because I was trying to rp with the police officer about why he tried to arrest me. And I was met with 0 rp, and he only said hands up with no reason for the arrest. I did not break the 3.4 rule because a police officer is not gonna gun down a criminal for asking them why they are being arrested. It was in the middle of the city and I was no threat.

Additional Information: Why was the ban for 3 days when i have 0 warnings?

Not how it works, someone else will deal with this but you just comply you can’t just question orders under gunpoint. If you disagree with the punishment given, make a staff complaint on me

Hello. You will be receiving a response to the dispute shortly, but in the meantime I suggest you check your profile, as you have several warnings, most of them for 3.4.

That warning was from 1.5 years ago

When under gun-point, you must follow instructions as soon as possible, it really is as simple as that. You do not get to selectively pick who you follow orders from just because you know it would be against the rules for them to shoot you.

As I stated above, you do have several warnings, most of them for 3.4. If you believe that the ban was excessive, however, you must make a Staff Complaint on A1L, as ban disputes can only be used to dispute the validity of a punishment, not its severity or length.
