Why were you punished?: Stalling under gun point and pulling out a gun under gunpoint.
Why should this appeal be considered?: 1. I was not stalling under gun point i was literally in the car less than 10 seconds. Plus i was waiting for the police car to roll down the hill and hit the officer so i could run away. And this is visible in the clip + i was trying to make sure the driver was not getting punished for trying to help me escape.
2. Pulling out the gun was a misclick, and that is obvious from the clip. As i was in the process of putting the gun away barely 1 second after i pulled it out. then while in the process of putting it away the officer shot me. I never pointed the gun or made any threats against the officer and this is also visible in the clip.
I am used to playing on other gmod servers where the keys are usually in the number 2 toolbar, hence why i pulled out the gun by accident. And all of this could have been cleared up if staff just asked me for my side of the story.
Additional Information: The officer in question, also drove on the wrong side of the road and shot at my car with a AR without justification to do so.
In the PLPD police handbook 5b) it states the following-
"Using firearms should be the absolute last resort when nothing else has worked, and the driver is posing a severe threat to the public or officer's life. When shooting at a vehicle,"
Ofcourse neither of which are true as the clip shows, additionally the handbook section 5a) also states this
"Under no circumstances, is an officer allowed to respond, pursue or drive a vehicle on the wrong side of the highway. "
Which the officer clearly did, and the video shows.
