Why were you punished?: 3.4-User as a police officer, failed to comply under gunpoint upon seeing the raider, instead took cover behind another police officer and pulled his weapon out
Why should this appeal be considered?: Hello I am making this dispute as I believe there was no rule broken I will be addressing the following key points
Firstly in the clip the individual reported me with vs the one i sent myself there is a clear fps and ping difference between the time of the command and the actual pulling out of my sidearm therefore the evidence would be to look more distressing and damming compared to mine where i pulled my weapon milliseconds before he gave commands to us or at arguably the same time as commands.
Also the rule 3.4 states Disobeying reasonable orders under the threat of lethal force, such as at gunpoint. there was no prior command given before i got my pistol and shot the African American suspect attempting to pd raid therefore we had nothing to comply to before i pulled my gun out around the same time i was mid gun pulling animation as he was giving commands.
