Why were you banned/blacklisted?: failing to surrender and pulling a weapon out when under gunpoint.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I have no idea why this is another ban because i had my weapon out so i was armed so what is this even about??????? i can shoot an officer if i am wanted for 9.5 which i was... WHAT EVEN IS THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In most cases, you may not draw a weapon whilst under gunpoint. One notable exception is when your gun is already in your hands. Yours was not. In the video provided, the risks of drawing your gun from your inventory outweighed the benefits, as you were at a significant disadvantage.
