Why were you punished?: for breaking rule 3.4

Why should this appeal be considered?: me and my friends came up to regal apartments with no shots or anythign else suspicious going on. we saw a officer standing behind the apartments seemingly doing nothing. he asked us to leave so i asked him if he speaks spanish and i said i dont speak english in spanish to try and roleplay a bit as there was no clear danger or any active situation going on from what i can tell or what the officer said. after a few seconds the officer replied "stop minging and go away" so at that point i realised he was not up to roleplay at all and just wanted me to leave so i did. Aquaa then responded by giving me a 4 day ban and swearing at me in the admin report.

Additional Information: Aquaa is highly unprofessional and a disrespectful staff member. you should ask kerziffy or Vollgas to show him how to act as staff and how to handle staff reports as he is clearly unable to do so without resorting to vulgar language or replying with GIFs in discord when asked a question

Its quite clear with all the shots going on and a heavily armed officer telling you to leave that you should take the situation seriously.

Looking at the evidence provided you were not taking the officer seriously and would rather stay in an massive shootout ignoring commands while under gunpoint.
This is the absolute, most basic point that 3.4 covers. Which you most clearly violated here.

Besides, you JUST got a warning 14 minutes before your ban for the exact same thing.
