Why were you punished?: 3.5, 5.1 - The user left the property after successfully raiding it to go gunpoint someone they knew was related to the property from a previous life. They then returned to the property with one of the owners to break into the garage. They left the property again and then returned because they heard the person's zip ties breaking while hanging around the area of the scene of the crime. They then re-entered the property to harvest the cocaine they had left on the chem table.
Why should this appeal be considered?: This warning is incredibly misleading and i belive false as yes i had left the property however it was to raid the garage literally right next to (and apart) of small subs 4 the property i was raiding. However I had spotted one of bean cans associates (livie grand) in which i gunpointed her. She took egregiously long to comply or listen to gunpoint this led to me dragging her and commanding her for a silly amount of time (this was brought up in the staff sit). Also the point about NLR is incredibly redundant as i've never seen this point brought up about associates as he claimed i broke nlr by knowing they were in the same org (when has this ever been enforced realistically). Bean can claimed in the staff sit i broke into the garage and claimed i broke raid timer 2 or 3 times however realistically this makes no sense as these arent 2 individual properties lol?
I also did not come back cause i heard zipties being broken i returned for a completely different reason as when i killed bean can his drugs werent finished on his chem table now i forgot this completely as i was messaging my org prior
"[NoCompGang - Catboy Pictures] Felix Futarac: 55k" this was in reference to his 55 coke leafs i stole from the garage
so i returned back the distance between where i was and his base wasnt as egregiously long as it was made to sound like also the idea of "returning to the property" is very silly as i left initially cause i saw a cop car and wanted to prematurely kill him as cops sometimes go into the alleyway.
Also the claim of me doing it cause she was breaking zipties is just odd as i dont really care and i knew she would be at the end of breaking zipties so i threw her gun over and shot her gun cause as usual this individual just couldnt comply under gp (as seen in my demo)
Additional Information: I then got my 55 leafs and chem table contents taken off me for no reason in another f6
