Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Bean Can
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 5 Days

Your Steam Name: roos
Your Roleplay Name: Edith Schruggs
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:524310229

Why were you punished?: 3.3 - The user was jumping into a door and initiating a break in mid-air. They did this multiple times and have been banned for doing something very similar in the past.

Why should this appeal be considered?: First of all, I want to point out that this mechanic is used by most PvP PERP players and there has never been any kind of punishment for situations like this mainly because it makes no sense: you can run away while the crowbarring is in progress, but you can't actually start the crowbarring action by jumping past the door. I’m certain the staff team hasn't even properly discussed this; if this is to become a rule in the future, people should be told to stop doing it first, or a clearly defined rule regarding it should be introduced.

I did it a singler time and it wasnt even anything similar to that it was me jumping down to projex 2 from projex 4, Ive never done it before thats my first time doing that and am so confused about it.
As you can see on the evidence 0:20 to 0:28 that did not effect anything in the raid afterwards the raid countie smoothly and i crowbarred normally.
I didnt even know it was a thing lol

Thats my whole point you can literally do the same when you walk and keep crowbarring and avoid being wallabanged still gives you an bypass

To make it known, this is an in-game mechanic, it's as straight forward as it seems - jump & crowbar.
On the clip, as you can see, it didn't affect the raid at all. They didn't wallbang afterward, and I opened the door normally. This isn't mentioned or enforced anywhere in the rules, so I'm really confused about why this is an issue. Atleast enforce it so the community is aware of it being a rule break instead of keeping it that way
