Why were you punished?: 3.4 - user decided to attack a cop for no reason resulting in them getting downed, revived and arrested, repeat offender for 3.4

Why should this appeal be considered?: I attacked the cop because he was trying to arrest me. I got out the baseball bat and tried to defend myself. He pulled out shotgun and blew my brains out. I then got booked and jailed. Then I just got straight up banned. There wasn't an admin message, admin sit or anything.
