Why should this appeal be considered?: I Have Video Evidence That There Was No Ongoing Fire As I Ran Up To The Building And When I Was Near It Multiple Minutes Before Hand There Was Also A Medic Taking Bodies Which Is Normally An Indication That Its Clear + There Was No More Police Cars And In The Video You Can Hear No Gun Shots Even Though Bojing Described It As An "Active Shootout"

You can clearly hear shots after 0:46 seconds into the video, and after you walk up to the corner, you can still hear moaning bodies, indicating that the scene is not in fact clear and cleaned up.
